i honestly dont see them similar to one another.. they both have different style.. it would be like comparing Michael and Prince.. which people often do, why? they are two completely different artist..

This is actually not that far-fetched. I can easily see the 2 of them meeting as friends and concocting this "feud" to drum up publicity for both of them. GaGa's last album kinda fizzled and Madonna's album was DOA compared to expectations. It could all be leading up to a "reconciliation" (also scripted) where they both perform together or release a duet.

It looks like Lady Gaga is kind of responding to the Madonna dis. As much as I love Madonna's cuntiness, I think Stef is kinda right. The comment is about 2:30 into the song.

I like what GaGa had to say but...

I know I'm committing the biggest form of blasphemy here but I read that DaVinci and Michaelangelo had a serious rivalry. They criticized each other mercilessly but they also admired each other. The point is COMPETITION is very important to an artist work.

Maybe Madonna is constantly doing this to try to get inspired to do great things despite her shortcomings.

Maybe GaGa should fight back and see how it affects her work.
