I find it funny when celebrities who put themselves in the places that paparazi are known to be get upset when they run into paparazi.

There are plenty of celebrities out there who manage to never be photographed and go about their daily business. There are ways to live your life out of the public eye if you want to.

You reap the benefits of being one of these people who makes their celebrity on overexposure and tabloid press, you have to deal with the downside of it as well. Or just go to other places, instead of paparazi hotspots.

Exactly the point I wanted to make. He just has to figure out how to deal with it. A-hole paps and people shoving a camera in your face and breaches in confidence from people who want to take advantage of you are a part of the territory. It sucks but you KNOW thats part of the deal, so deal with it.

That's BS. Yeah, some wanted this. Some wanted to become famous. But some just have a special talent/desire/love whatever and are pursuing that and with doing what they do fame comes along. Just because someone loves to sing and becomes succesful with it, doesn't give some low life loser the right to take their life and privacy away (it also doesn't give the public the right to know what is going on in their lives). I don't feel pitty for the Hiltons, Kardashians or any other loser of this world, who are only famous for the sake of being famous with no talent or accomplishment of any sort behind it whatsoever. But singers and actors and sportsmen are famous because they are good at something (for the most part... some are just lucky) and still deserve some respect and privacy. And for the record, I can't stand that little prick. If someone makes me aggressive, it's him. But then again, paps make me aggressive too, so more power to any celeb who roughs up a pap.... or tries too.

Justin was in Calabasas, where he lives, just after noon Sunday at a mall called The Commons. A paparazzo attempted to take Justin's picture and, according to law enforcement, some sort of physical altercation erupted between Justin and the camera guy.

The photog called 911, and when cops arrived Justin and GF Selena Gomez had already split.

The photog complained of pain to his upper torso, an ambulance was summoned and he was taken to a local hospital where he was examined and released a short time later...




We're told several witnesses at the scene say after the altercation, a lawyer walked up to the photog and said he could get a lot of money out of the incident and advised the dude to call for an ambulance and file a police report.

Witnesses also say the photog had been blocking Justin's car as the singer was trying to leave. Justin got out of the car and asked the guy to move away but he wouldn't, and a scuffle ensued.
