beyonce atlantic revel e1338018596569 Shes Back: Beyonce Wows At Revel (Videos)

Strong enough to bare them children, and get back to business.

Indeed, that’s exactly what megastar Beyonce did hours ago when she made her grand return to the stage at Revel resort in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Does the Queen Bey still have her “sting”? You already know! Watch Mamma Blue work it below! Also Check out comments from her peers and fans about her comback performances

Feedback from Peers & Fans

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) -- Michelle Obama is with the single ladies this weekend: The First Lady is at a Beyonce concert in Atlantic City.
Obama is at Revel Resorts with daughters Sasha and Malia where Beyonce is set to perform Saturday night. The singer's Atlantic City concerts are the first since giving birth in January to daughter Blue Ivy.

The crowd cheered loudly as Obama made her way to her seat in a shiny green dress. Some took photos while others screamed her name. One fan yelled, "This is history!"

Obama is sitting in a private section.

Beyonce performed Friday night in Revel's Ovation Hall and has shows on Sunday and Monday.

News from The Associated Press

Jay Z:
"I'm gonna say this and then I'm gonna end mine." BEYONCE is the best performer in the world. Period."

Jill Scott: agreed. My all time favorite hands down. Only woman who can make me scream.

Gayle King:

concert at the revel casino all I can say is sasha fierce is back with a vengence & she is AMAZING on stage & off! Go blue's mom!

Her work ethic is great. Look how long she has been preparing for this show. She is a hard worker, and i respect her for that.

Shes very hands on with her work. Hope she has a good show!

she may not be the brightest but she is great at her job.

I love how Bey is so involved and really cares about putting on a great show. I cant

wait to see her in concert one day

say what u wana say about Bey, but she's one very hardworking woman

I loved watching this. Great behind the scenes footage. She's definitely going to put on a show!

Great vid. Beyonce works very hard and seems to enjoy what she does. And people always remark about her lack of education and how stupid she sounds when she talks but she came across very clear and concise when she spoke of her vision of how she wanted the concert stage to be set up. Music and performing is the area in which her knowledge lies.

I will always be a fan of Beyonce. Her hard work and dedication to this craft is just so inspiring. Can't wait to see this show!!

"This is not normal, people that do this type of stuff U2,Rolling Stones and Beyonce,"

Her work ethic is unmatched.

YES. The only other person I see work like that is gaga. I am no huge gaga fan, but it is obvious they take their musicianship seriously. When they hit the stage, they NEVER half ass it. I like that kind of work ethic. All the success they have, they deserve. Can't say the same for the other ones

If anybody has any questions as to why she is the best performer of this generation, needs to watch both of these videos and they will get it. She is a really good performer, and she puts in the work, which produces a great product. These other artists really need to take notes, and I ain't no Beyonce stan. She puts on a great show.

Watching these Revel videos, Beyonce really is the greatest of this generation. RT if u agree, tell us who is if you don't!

She's a Virgo...strong work ethic is one of their traits, lol

I don't deny she's a good entertainer, not really my thing though.

Whats so hardworking about her? The fact that she tries her hardest to be overexposed and be in the public's face?

I watched most of the clips (Calling myself try to give her a chance) and I didnt find anything entertaining about any of them lol.... Correction I watched all of them and I honestly didnt find anything all that about them and REALLY dont understand how anybody can find her to be a good dancer :/ when technically she doesnt even dance....

Jay Z lost his damn mind calling Beyonce the BEST entertaininer in the world but both of them think their the king of the world... I thought these videos were okay but thats what I think about all her performances...

The dance moves are boring and their not really dance moves, just alot of interactive movements.... The live singing is okay (as far as the songs that were)... I will NEVER understand Beyonces popularity besides the manufactured looks and the Tina Turner rip off act.. BORING and OVERRATED

HAPPYPERSON have you ever seen Mint Condition, D angelo or Janelle Monae live??? There MUCH more entertaining than Beyonce, shows are more creative and their line up are different. I havent seen them live yet but have watched clips and their good. If you think those clips were good you minus well go see Drake or Lil Wayne live lol even Madonna puts on a much better show.. There are more entertaining artists out today besides her...

i wanted to love Bey... i did i did... but she subscribs to the Jackson school of pop tours. pull out the same tired ass show tour after tour and a new song here and there and update the costumes a bit. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Come on sell me on your artistry... do what Madonna, Kylie, Britney, Christina and P!nk do and find new ways to present your stuff and give it some flavor. i'm not going to throw out money to see a show i've seen once all ready.

case in point: Iconic Songs

Biting other raps here and there, it's cool, Jay, but now he's biting a random dude's line lifted from news coverage of the LA riots?!? lol

The problem with her performances is that she performs the songs the same way ever since she first came out... She hardly if ever switches them up Basically, if you seen one Beyonce concert, you seen them all. None of her performances really has a theme or tells a story.. It's just typical music, vocals, and dancing. Lady Gaga may be weaker in these areas, but at least her performances has a story and she switches it up.

Exactly. You seen one, you've seen them all. The only videos I bothered to watch were the songs she covered and she over-did them IMO.

But hey, Jay-Z called her the greatest, so it must be true, people will co-sign and eat that shit right up. I remember when Lil' Wayne was proclaiming to be the best rapper alive and he suddenly became the biggest thing in music.

"Strong enough to bare the children, then get back to business". I'm sure that was her goal with "delivering" Blue. Girl... lol

Beyonce is a hard worker and does put on a great show, but she's not the only one like some of her fans like to act. All this "KING BEY" nonsense really makes me SMH. She is not the greatest of all time or even close. I've never seen an artist buy into their own hype as much as she does. Well MJ did actually especially with those crazy, ego maniac life sized statutes he had built of himself but he was able to back it up because he was ridiculously talented. It didn't annoy me as much for some reason when he did it though. Maybe 'cause i'm a fan lol. I thought it was hillarious and outlandish.

Anyway, Beyonce and her people are really trying to make everyone buy into her hype. She's trying too hard to become a legend. It just feels so forced. I watched a few clips of the "Making of Revel" and as always Beyonce tried to make it seem like she was running the whole show. She was talking about how hard it was for her to just have had a baby and now to be doing all that she was doing. She was talking about how hard it was to be rehearsing, learning choreography and directing the tour.

Oh yeah, i'm sure Beyonce directed the entire tour by herself. LOL. She always tries to make people think she's more than she really is. Of course she's involved in the process. She's definitely not a pupett, but she often speaks like she's does EVERYTHING herself 100%. That's one thing I can't stand about her. She is always taking all the credit. The likes of Ne-yo and others have called her out on this.

So desperate to be an icon/legend.

As for her "Revel" performance, it seemed like a great show from the clips but nothing out of the ordinary for her as others have said. Same old show. Everything she's done, Tina Turner did years ago and better too, so I guess that's why i'm not as impressed with her as some others. Her entire stage persona is 90% Tina and 10% Diana Ross (as far as the glamour goes). Talented, yes, but nothing original or groundbreaking to see here folks.

This is also due to the fact that she uses the SAME pre-recorded vocal tracks during her "live" performances.

I think Beyonce is a hard worker, but the only thing that I loved about her Revel shows was the stage set and lights.

I agree with you about Gaga. Gaga switches up her style and performances during every tour and every TV performance. I've never seen Gaga repeat herself during performances.
