Usher Sheds Tears In Court Over Tameka’s Bad Dad Allegations! ::

The latest development of crooner Usher Raymond‘s volatile custody trial is that the entertainer was brought to tears on Monday, when he was accused by ex-wife Tameka Foster of loving partying more than his children, reports TMZ.

Foster’s legal team cut into the award-winning performer on the witness stand for hours, forcing him to answer a barrage of questions. At one point, a lawyer produced a photograph of Usher partying in Europe last February. The opposition’s attorneys’, who were trying to prove that Usher would rather go buck wild and live a party life than to care for his children, insinuation that the 33-year-old is an unfit parent caused Usher to break down (pictured).

Foster is fighting Usher for full custody of their two young boys. He, in turn, is demanding more custodial time with his children. While the couple was only married for two years and were officially divorced by 2009, their custody battle has raged on.

Usher was also grilled regarding his alleged drug use, which he claims has only been marijuana. When Foster’s lawyers tried to allege that Usher’s drug of choice was ecstasy, his legal team put an end to that line of questioning.

Usher’s and Tameka’s vicious courtroom custody battle has been fodder for the media. Just a couple of days ago, Usher put Tameka on blast, alleging that when he brought a girlfriend into her subdivision, Tameka went outside to his car and attempted to beat the woman up. According to Usher, Tameka also allegedly spat on his date several times, struck him, and threw a plate of food at his car.

Maybe Usher's mama's boy but the doesn't have anything to do with having custodial rights. Its a shame both have allowed it to get this far out of hand. Didn't they have a platonic relationship before they married? So, she knew when they were dating he smoked weed; if she so against it now why did she date/marry the guy in the first place? Why would you find it necessary to pick up your children at your ex's home with your lady waiting in the car... after a nasty tumultuous divorce and ongoing custody battle? Foolishness. The man is asking for more time and unless there's more to this story, Usher shouldn't be denied a relationship and more time with his children.

I agree. She's stupid for that.

Tameka saw dollar signs and I think she likes to instigate. I think some part of her got off on the fact that she caused drama between Usher and his mom. She is a Capricorn and so can I and we can be devious bitches. Now on my behalf, I am only devious where there is food poisoning involved or when there is a line at the ATM or if I smell fried chicken (I'm not as bad as ReRe though).

'Meka is evil 24/7. At the same time, Usher should not be doing drugs around his kids if so.

I never heard of the cocaine rumor but I know that tour was a problem though because he had some difficulties during some portions of the European and Australian legs of it.

Yeah it was this moment that sent some people in an uproar... Folks were alleging that Usher was too incoherent and not in the best condition to perform some dates because of partying and drug use. This was one of those performances.

Oh OK! Yeah I can see why they would say cocaine problem. Come to think of it, when I googled his name during that time I did read something about "Usher's Coke Problem" so I had forgotten about it. Thanks for bringing it back up.

I just read somewhere today that he bought his girlfriend with him when he went over to Tameka's house and she through a plate of food at his car, granted I don't know how long ago that was, but usually doing something like that during a bad breakup isn't the brightest thing. Somebody got to take a step down on the one-up-man crap, especially when you trying to deal with the kids.

Anyway, that sure is a rough looking picture of him.

Damn I actually feel sorry for him (and the kids). Classic case of never trust a big OLD butt and a smile I guess.

Tameka got an apology from the owner of the gossip site MediaTakeout for referring
to her as "Maneka" & starting the backlash against her by "Ursher's" fans...

media takeout did not start that backlash

Tameka felt they did....

And we all know she is a paragon of truth and virtue...

Right.....I would think regardless of the outcome, she would WANT their father to be in their childrens life. I think this whole custody battle is ridiculous and exists only to slander Usher and get money.
