Damn I forgot all about this thread lol.
I don't know the whole story, but Pac was mad at Dre for selling the beat to Blackstreet or something like that. This was during the time that Dre left Death Row for Aftermath. This song is actually a Dr. Dre and Puffy diss. In the longer album version Tupac is heard saying something like "yeah we took yall beat cuz u wasn't using it right."
