A Georgia Anne Muldrow Set ...
A few pieces from musician and producer Georgia Anne Muldrow. Daughter of the late jazz guitarist Ronald Muldrow and Rickie Byars-Beckwith. She's collaborated with artists like Dudley Perkins , Madlib, Erykah Badu, Mos Def, Platinum Pied Pipers, Sa-Ra, Spinz and J*DaVeY.
I like her stuff-- off-center, but soulful and full of jazz-influenced creativity......

Georgia is the truth! I've been a big fan of hers for a few years.
Some of my favorites of hers are: Husfriend Cant Stand Your Love EZ Duz It I.Q. Generations/You Got It Best Love She's a highly underrated artist. Some of her music is a little hit and miss but I admire that she takes chances and is musically adventureous and she isnt afraid to be a little weird and experimental. [Edited 5/15/12 14:03pm] |
