I love this music since I was a kid, listening 2 Earth, Wind & Fire and other funk/disco stuff in my dad´s car....and I bought "That´s the way..." on cd single somewhere around the mid-80´s.

Really surprised when I found out this guy was white!!!!

This one has been on my Wish List for a while now. Glad to see that you verify that they're all long versions, I'll have to go ahead and pick it up now for sure (...looks like a fairly extensive collection of their music). Until now, I think most of the KC in my music collection has been on 45 rpm, lol.
