I checked this out before and thought it was nice. Marsha has always done better with neo soul so this was a piece of cake for her.

I like what they've done with it, too.

I love this song, but I'm not really feeling what they did. The rap is horrible and there is a bit too much scratching. I wish the horn parts were allowed to shine a bit more on this one. I'm not a big fan of Marsha, but she did well with this.

I don't know. I think Marsha thinks she is WAY more talented than she is and that is NOT the case.

AGREE! But I can barely tolerate Marsha. The child just can't sing. Somebody told her wrong.

Natalie Stewart. Not sure. I think she got married....to a dude and now goes by the name of Floacist or something to that effect. She is still in the business but just not as successful as Marsha. They never should have broken up. They sounded better together than on their own.

She put out a CD a couple of years ago that's really nice. The dope single from that CD featuring Musiq Soulchild was released around the same time Marsha released her solo stuff, and it kinda got overshadowed, which is a shame because the song is so nice.

Not sure. I think they gave the standard "We wanted to go our own way" type of answer. I loved them as a duo, though. I used to think they split up professionally because they split up "personally". That is, until I found out they're not lesbians.

Natalie was a lesbian then defined herself as bisexual and then she got married to a dude and said that sexual orientation was for single people. confused Whatever the hell that means.

The rumors I always heard were that Marsha really wanted to be a solo artist and that Natalie had some kind of obsession with her which made for a difficult working relationship. Anyway, its funny that since the demise of Floetry, Natalie has spoken way more about Marsha than Marsha has about her.

just pointing out that in both cases the girls didn't get along and it was all over dumb shit. a good girl group got ruined when it didn't have to be that way but hey....when one wants to be a superstar/solo act...what can you do? shrug
