Yay, a new album! I just saw Mint a couple of months ago and they were in fine form. Stokely's vocal's were never better. Can't wait for the new CD; I wore the last one out!

Thanks!! Yes Stokely hasn't aged a bit. Doesn't even look his age of 44. I could have sworn at one time he was so into the performance that I could see his gap. It just touched me even more The band sounded great. Not one note off key, no issues with the microphones or nothing. At one point Stokely got on the drums too...I kind of expected that because he did that the last two times I saw them too. They were on stage for about an hour and a half.

I did too! They even did "Not Your Daddy", without Kelly of course, but sounded great. I wanted them to do "Walk On" and "I Want It" but they didn't, instead they did "Caught My Eye" and opened with "Can't Get Away". Of course the crowd didn't really stand to their feet until they heard the more popular songs from the past. Shucks I was on my feet nearly the whole time, I didn't care!

Sounds like it was a good time and I have seriously given Mint Condition the title of the baddest band now-these guys are talented. An hour and a half sounds like a good length of time-love to hear good concert stories. Thanks Missfee.

The rest of the folks didn't do the same until the old songs...but I loved hearing the new songs live. "Twas a great album that didn't get enough recognition IMO. Just wish I'd brought my camera--I don't think they would have had a problem with it, like at the Prince concerts last year. You got some good pix--looks like you had a nice seat.

I'm jealous...I haven't seen them since -07. Nobody good comes to Florida anymore, I lubs me some Stokely.
