Kid Rock I know everybody has heard Kid Rock's duet with Sheryl Crow called Picture.
Yesterday I was switching channels on the radio when I heard the exact same song, only the woman's voice who was singing sounded 10 times better than Sheryl Crow. The DJ said the song was by Kid Rock and Allison More (Moor) or something like that. Why is the version with Sheryl's high kinda whiny voice getting more play than the low smoky voice of Allison?

When they first tried to release the single Sheryl Crows label wouldn't give clearance for her to appear on the song.So another version with Allison Moore was recorded and sent out to radio. As soon as it started to get airplay Sheryl Crows label reversed its earlier decision and the original was then released as a single as well. I think which version gets the most play has to do with star recognition.

Don't let the ballad "picture" fool you. The Cocky cd is raunchy and filled with words like Motherfucker, whore, bitch and many others. The music is very loud and obnoxious, just like his other cd's.

I guess that would depend on whether you like that type of music or not. I don't care for it, so I don't really enjoy hearing the cd, but a very close friend of mine loves Kid Rock, so unfortunately I have to listen to him once in a while.
