Roxanne, Roxanne by UTFO Reminds me of when "Rap" was fun! What a great song! I remember when I used to know all the words, too. Does anyone else remember this jam and the spinoff's: "Roxanne's Reply" and "Roxanne-Shante"?

I didn't know EPMD did a version of Roxanne, Roxanne  Then again, I'm not up on my EPMD either.

I just gotta say this ... We all know the "youth" of today don't know anything about "old school rap"...but damn...ASK THE QUESTION if you don't know. Some of us old folks will be more than happy to set you straight!!!

UTFO's original cd is a hot item on ebay. Roxanne, Roxanne, Lisa Lips, Beats and Ryhmes, Bite It, and, of course, Fairy Tale Lover are all classics on this lp.
The second UTFO cd is also good to have, "I Cold Wanna Be With You," among others are hits. | |
