Seems as though Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin has be reinvigorated after her health scare.

After recent appearances in Robinson (MS), Atlanta, Cleveland and Richmond (KY), Franklin has a spate of Spring and Summer dates that will have her in Kansas City (May 8th), Detroit (June 22nd), New Orleans (July 6th) and Los Angeles (for two nights: July 25th and July 26th).

Additionally she will be working on two new albums, one with collaborations with Babyface and Ne-Yo, and a rumored duet with Charlie Wilson; and another a tribute to Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughn (Clive Davis' idea). Both will appear on RCA Records.

Glad to hear she's working on new music.. I think I'll be more interested in the tribute album than the collaborations with Babyface and Ne-Yo.. those type of things usually don't go well.

I wouldnt mine seeing her duet with Charlie Wilson. I think their voices would go well together. Im glad she is back and doing well!
