Eric Clapton - Pilgrim

A different sound from Clapton's usual fare. Title track from his 1998 release.
The London Session Orchestra, Paul Carrack's organ and the bg vocals add to the atmosphere.

Cool vibe overall.

Great song, first discovered it on that Mel Gibson film, Lethal Weapon i think?. Anyway, great song from a WAY under-appreciated album.

We're here, might as well get into it.

I loooove that album. "She's Gone," "Sick & Tired," "Fathers Eyes," "Broken Hearted," "River of Tears" are the stand-in outs for me. Straight out shoots a woman S&T. BH gets me kinda sad, but I still love it. It is a very atypical sound for him too. Contemporary yet aged.
