Paris replied, "It's NOT him ... the whole album isn't even him!! Go online ... go on YouTube and look up Jason Malachi. That's him!!"

She continues, "I should know if it's him or not because he would sing to me all the time."

TMZ has learned a recording of Paris' video message is being shopped to various media outlets ... and we're told "Offers are on the table."

The fakeness is just the Cascio tracks. I believe the rest on that album is indeed MJ.

If this proves anything, it just proves that the Jackson family are batshit crazy, and nothing they say should be taken seriously.

People were saying the Cascio songs were fake, and using the word of Michael's kids as evidence. I wonder what they think now upon hearing "Hold My Hand is fake" from Paris (assuming TMZ didn't make this story up)?

It's my favorite of the Motown solo albums. His version of "Ain't No Sunshine" is great. I also love "I Wanna Be Where You Are" and "You've Got A Friend"..
