Is it me or does "Talk to Myself" by Christopher Williams sound like "My Prerogative" by Bobby Brown? Did Teddy Riley do both tracks? "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

I didn´t know "Talk to Myself" and just found it on Youtube. Stupid song but yes, it does indeed sound VERY similar to My Prerogative. I wonder how he got away with that? " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

Welcome to 1989. Yes, it's an obvious ripoff. No, TR didn't do it. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

It was common to hear a few songs sound the same during the NJS era. Sort of like back during Motown's hey day and some of the artists songs sounded like the others or even the same as their own, for example The Temps "I'll Be In Trouble" sounds just like "The Way You Do The Things You Do". Just sayin'. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
