Name groups/singers that changed their names

I was looking in the Aurra thread and I remembered they were later called Deja. For a little while, Carlos Santana went under the name "Devadip Carlos Santana". Here are a few more examples:

The Moments - Ray, Goodman, & Brown

The Jazz Crusaders - The Crusaders

The Time - The Original 7ven

Terrence Trent D'Arby - Sananda Maitreya

The Primettes - The Supremes - Diana Ross & The Supremes - The Supremes

Jefferson Airplane - Jefferson Starship - Starship

Santana Blues Band - Santana

Johnny Cougar - John Cougar - John Cougar Mellencamp - John Mellencamp
