Mayne he was doing that as long as he was on the Train, whoever he was. I enjoyed it though. I guess you have to have understand that time period, you had random whistles on some funk tracks.

It doesn't bother me either but if I recall... you were suppose to be in sometype of rhythm with the music. If someone blew there whistle like that back in the day in a club... someone would've shoved that damn whitstles down their throats. lol
