I always thought he was tripping when he said what he said about Anita. Anita has been doing the damn thing since the '70s.

Sing Anita! This was the first time I had heard her voice, on the radio with Chapter 8. A real old school gem. Loved it then, and love it now.

oh, HELL NAW, vainandy put Anita, in the same category as Whitney!!!? man, ALL his supposed "credibility" is LOST on the subject! Anita was that rare example of a truly soulful artist whose success didn't come as the expense of anything. mainstream actually took notice!
