Probably not.

Jerry Goldstein, Sly's ex manager whom Sly is now suing, owns them...and as Sly came up with 99.9% of everything you hear (according to Cynthia), it probably should be Sly who gets the cut (if Jerry Goldstein was out of the picture).

You could say the same about James Brown and his catalog especially considering people not only sampled him but his musicians too (like Clyde Stubblefield for example).

To be honest i hope that's right.

Sly may of came up with it, but the musicians put their stamp on it.

Either way, Goldstein most likely stands in the way of this.
