Not really, his music is too commercial and nice for the vice filled garbage those rappers demand. Its nasty low brow stuff, all this crap about guns, drugs, hos and bling bling.

But to give him props, his career has lasted 3 years, which is a long time in the disposable rap world.

He is currently in New Zealand with One Direction, I think that says everything.

Aside from Low, I've never heard him played on a hip-hop/rap station. he's a essentially a pop singer who talks really fast and make horrible songs.
