I have the album and the credits say Zack Harmon & Christopher Troy wrote and produced it.

This is one of those songs that I sometimes like to listen to when I'm in a really good mood. It sounds to me like a companion piece to Karyn White's The Way I Feel About You since both songs have the same producers.
