Lupe Fiasco- Kick Push

Got a lil more swagger in his style

Met his girlfriend, she was clappin' in the crowd
Love is what was happening to him now, uh

He said I would marry you but I'm engaged to these aerials and varials

I love this dude. His first album was a masterpiece in my eyes. The 2nd was okay and haven't really listened to his last one enough to form a valid opinion. He's one of the few rappers I would pay money to see live. nod

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Saw him live at Kanye's tour (the Graduation one, I believe) and he was awesome. So much energy, so much stage presence (especially for a rapper) and got a great reaction from what seemed like a crowd that didn't know him that well outside of 'Superstar'. They were chanting "encore" at the end.

I really like his first two albums, the 3rd I completely ignored minus (thanks record labels!), like 3 songs. 'All Black Everything' 'Word I Never Said' and the 1st single.

Didn't he say that he didn't even care for his 3rd album too?

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Ahh man you have to search for more of his stuff. Those two songs are good, but they aren't my favorites from him. One of my favorites are "The Cool" from off of the Food & Liquor album. At first I thought "Dumb it Down" was just okay, but when I heard him perform it live (the vid was on Youtube) with Robert Glasper at the Blue Note in NYC....faint It was so HOTT!!! love Chris Dave killed it. nod Put all those factors together with Lupe's brillance...you have a masterpiece.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
