Queens-based rap group Mobb Deep may be imploding right in front of their fans’ eyes.
Havoc apparently took to Twitter early Monday morning to broadside his partner Prodigy with some increasingly nasty posts.
"congrats to P @prodigymobbdeep and @rihanna for getting married soon!! @rihanna please confirm!," Havoc tweeted at 3:00 a.m.
"Prodigy abitch and I'm gonna show it, follow!! Ground breaking new," went another one of the tweets.
Though there was radio silence from Prodigy, Havoc appeared to just be getting started, next opening fire on his partner's sexuality: "I got n—as in the jail system to to back up that prodigy was f— homes in jail."
As the barrage went on, the threats started up: "prodigy u p—! u long island a— b—. I'm about to expose u!"
Sources close to the rapper told MTV News that Havoc's feed was not hacked.
Mobb Deep have been a fixture of New York's hip-hop scene since their debut in 1993, and Prodigy and Havoc have released seven albums together, outlasting many of their contemporaries.
At least until now.
"P IS HIDING!!! IM GONNA SHOW U P GETTING KNOCKED OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! WATCH HE TRY TO DODGE ME!!," Havoc tweeted.
