I actually love "Human". It game me a new respect for Brandy's voice that I missed with Afrodisiac. My favorite Brandy albums in order are:
Full Moon
Brandy
Human
Never Say Never
Afrodisiac
We're almost total opposites. My picks: 1. Never Say Never 2. Afrodisiac 3. Brandy 4. Full Moon 5. Human
Welp...I just think that shows that Brandy makes good albums. Even my least favorites can be somebody else's favorites! I happen to think Never Say Never and Afrodisiac are weaker vocally, but still comprise terrific songs. "Tomorrow" and "How I Feel" come to mind |

YESSSS for "Tomorrow" & "How I Feel". HIF is in my top 3 fave Brandy songs. I think "FOCUS" is amazing also. But I do feel like she held back on "Afrodisiac" but i also liked her approach. The harmonies on "Should I Go".....OMG!!! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> |

I still like the album...I just think the production overshadows her voice. It wasn't until I heard "Who Is She 2 U" a capella that I was able to appreciate Brandy was singing DOWN. It's just hard for me to appreciate her voice when I listen to that album (although I still enjoy listening to it). Brandy has not made a bad album. |

I think he gave up on it. He has done a few things here and there, but he realized that people didn't want to hear "love" songs anymore.
He's had a few hits over the last 2 years with others, but not anything to write home about (Woo from Anthony Hamilton and There Goes My Baby from Charlie Wilson/Calvin Richardson).
And, "Best Thing I Never Had" by Beyonce. Of course, he is credited as "co-writer".

This whole soundtrack rocked. Did Babyface produce it all? "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries." |
