Damn the story says his fans just added more digits and it was her number. Can she really hold him liable since he didn't tweet the whole number?

The story:

One great grandmother in Dallas would like to give Justin Bieber a good talking to.

He recently pulled a prank on his 19 million Twitter followers, tweeting "Call me right now at 214-348" plus three more numbers.

The self-proclaimed lifelong prankster and future host of "Punk'd" thought without that tenth phone digit, nobody would even try and call.

But his "Beliebers" would not be deterred. They started trying all 10 possibilities for that last digit, and they hit upon a couple of actual phone numbers, including 81-year-old Dilcie Fleming's. She was flooded with more than a thousand messages in one day.

Fleming is so mad, she and another guy who has been getting calls hired a lawyer.

Folks told Fleming she should change her number, but she has had the same one since 1966. She did not want the hassle of contacting bascially everyone she ever knew. Instead, she changed her message to say, "This is not Justin Bieber's phone number. Please do not call again."

She would also like Bieber to pay for the harrassment.

While her attorney says financial damages are not off the table, Fleming just wants an explanation and an apology... and concert tickets for her great granddaughter, who wouldn't mind having Biebs as her "Boyfriend."

He tweeted all but the last digit, so this woman wasn't the only victim. I'm not sure if she can sue him, but I'm sure there'll be some kind of public apology, and maybe she'll get the concert tickets she wants..

Apparently the two victims want more than just money from Justin. The one wants concert tickets, and the other wants Justin to endorse one of their business ventures..

From Billboard.com :

Justin Bieber's prank-loving ways will be celebrated this week on MTV's "Punk'd," but one recent stunt was not so well received by two Texas residents.

The teen phenom tweeted out a random phone number to his 19 million followers earlier this month with the caption "Call me right now," but left off a final digit. According to TMZ, droves of teenage fans began guessing the missing number, leading to more than 1,000 phone calls to an older woman named Dilcie and a man named Kent.

The tweet has since been deleted, but the duo has teamed up with a lawyer to threaten legal action against the 18-year-old. According to the site, the legal team suggests that Bieber offer an apology in addition to concert tickets for Dilcie's grandchildren, an endorsement of Kent's current online project and money for any out of pocket expenses.
