This song still bumps hard in my IPOD. The video was a hot mess though. These cats look extra.

Loved 'em.

Their first 3 albums are really worth checking out ("Body Talk", "In The Heat Of The Night", and "New Dimension" (as it was called in The States).

Visually they were always a trip. I remeber them getting some raised eyebrows back in the day over their tendency toward lack of clothing & intense sweat during live shows. The whole "80's gladiator" look was kinda......ponderous. lol

They were Brittish & produced by Jolley & Swain (who also brought their disctictive sound to work for Bananarama & Spandau Ballet, amogst others).

This was a great jam but I could do without the video, though they were part of the early British New Wave sound.

Remember the film 'FX' that starred Brian Brown and Brian Dennehy use this song at the end of the movie.

My favorite song that I dont know the name of is in the video they are genies and thats all i can remember. All I can remember that is was that the song is very nice. Do any of you know what the title is? I saw it on youtube but it is hard to find. Its like a slow mello jam.

Guesses....

"Wrong In Love"

"Music & Lights"

"In The Heat Of The Night"

"Body Talk"

"In & Out Of Love"

Dunno WHAT I'd call the costumes...."80's-Fabulous-Genie-Glitter-Gladiators" ?? lol

I'm with Paisley tho...never associated them at all with B-Boy / Breakdance stuff.
