She was married. Her husband was probably jealous. He probably made her change her number. Although Janet sais she had to change her number because it had gotten out. And therefore when 2Pac called, there was no reply.

On another note: Was Latoya trying to keep up with Michael facial changes? It's kind of funny seeing her transformation through the years through virtual photo album. She chopped all of Joe's nose off except the tip.
