Dennis/Siedah.
I also liked this version:
My dad taped this one. Unfortunately he couldn't find the video to the original.

Was he chewing some gum in the beginning? I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

But seriously I think this was during his "tossed up" period. You know? The "gotta get high" mindset.

Don't Look Any Further is a cheesy song no matter who singing the lyrics.
I rather take the instrumental version used by Dennis Edwards and sample it like Eric B & Rakim, TLC, & 2pac did.

Okay, because I did not get it when watching this. I was thinking WTH? Wow, I didn't know Dennis was on that stuff too.

I mean he just messed the video all up with his horse chewing in the beginning. Turn off. When I first saw his face, I thought, "damn he was fine back then", then he started with that chewing and my panties got dry. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

Dennis & Siedah. I always wondered why Siedah Garrett's career never was that big-the lady had a pretty voice.

Yeah I think he sobered up by the end of the '80s or early '90s sometime after David Ruffin died.

That's great that she kept paying the bills, but the majority of us don't even know about this long list of accomplishments, only some. I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

She's set for life for writing "Man in the Mirror".

No problem. At least the constant workflow is imo more important than whether a lot of people are aware of those achievements or not. Recognition within the industry and a good resume of studio work can offer a solid base for a continuos workflow. Her brief time with the Brand New Heavies was one of the last projects where she was more upfront and with their "Sometimes" single there was some decent exposure to a broader demographic.
