Yes, that's the original mix. I was referring to the "Cool Summer Mix" that was mentioned. Others swear by those mixes (and I wouldn't call them bad), but I prefer the original hands down.

I find part 2 the dubversion of part 1. Never was a big fan of dubversions, takes away the groove or something (don't know how to say it )...although 10 minutes of that beat is still pretty cool.

Thanks for the trip down Memory Ln. I haven't heard those in years. I remember being pissed because I could never record the full "Cool Summer Mix Pt. 1" on tape because the radio stations would always cut it short due its length.

Although there's nothing like the original, I do miss the days when remixes were indeed reinterpretations of the original. My have times changed Nowadays, all you need to do is slap a rapper of the month on a single and its considered a remix. So freakin lazy!

"Nasty" is one of her baddest jams. You knew she wasn't playin' when this song/video dropped. The Mary Lambert-directed video is fucking awesome too. There's a reason "Miss Jackson if you're nasty" became her catchphrase. I read somewhere that Gene Simmons said back then that it was his current favorite song.
