She should have taken the job for a season. And then toured. Maybe she could have filled up more seats than a theater. Or not had to cancel so many arena concerts due to poor sales.

For ur information Janet sold out her last tour. She only had to reschedule so she can attend her brother's death trial.

I had a dream that she was touring again this year, and now I'm reading this I already saw two shows though for this tour.

Although I hate x factor - i think she should have done it to put her on the radar again.

NO WAY! Is she really planning on keeping the Up Close and Personal tour moving?! If so, I'll have my ass right back at the front row!

Any word on if she's going to change some things around? She didn't perform Black Cat at the 2 shows I went to. Hopefully we get some stage sets or something.

This would have a high-profile gig for her....a perfect way to launch a comeback.Imagine if she had done this show,then released an album in the summer and went on tour.

She would have been boring as fuck anyway.

Smart move on her part. I can see why some say she should but I think she's better off focusing on the things she already has going.

I think Britney will probably be a shoe in. She'll provide the star power I think Simon's looking for. I can't imagine Pink & Britney working together though. However, that would possibly provide some judging panel drama for TV.

Janet does not have that kind of personality to work with people and criticize others. If they were to get a Jackson, I could see Marlon doing it.

After seeing him on The Jacksons reality show, he looks like he doesn't hold back and will tell it like it is. Not to mention, he is one hell of a dancer.

Agreed-she's always been soft spoken to me. I like and respect her though-classy lady.

X-Factor judges are also mentors to the contestants. One gets males, one gets females, one gets groups, and one gets the over 25 contestants. They pick the songs for the contestants to sing and the arrangements and everything. I don't know that LaToya would be good at that.
