They are both big Prince fans. Kimbra is a huge Prince fan and everyone should listen to her debut album Vows. Brilliant debut from young Kiwi now living in Australia. One of the songs-Old Flame-she said was inspired by listening to Purple Rain and other great Prince ballads. Not as good, obviously as Purple Rain but some of the other songs-Cameo Lover, Settle Down,Two Way Street, Good Intent are classic pop songs. She also conveys a great image and has imaginative videos on the whole.
