Forgotten 80's - Mission - "Lena"/ "I'll be Right There" ... A Handful of tracks by the 80's Philadelphia R&B Group Mission. The group released two albums on Columbia Records: "Mission" (1986), and "Search" (1987)......These tracks were written by the group's guitarist Randy Bowland, who also played with Pieces of a Dream, and would go on to write, produce and play with Teddy Pendergrass, Jean Carne, Phyllis Hyman, Miki Howard, Regina Belle, and LeVert...as well as being a Music director for Jill Scott...
