The song 'Part of Me' is not officially in "Teenage Dream" album, so technically it doesn't count.

So The Albums That Have Most #1 Singles are still "Bad" and "Teenage Dream"

Billboard revised their rules a few weeks ago so that new singles from a re-release would not count, effectively blocking her from taking the record from Michael.

How about just plain "reality" here, if we are comparing albums or even "what" Thriller was then we need to take a step back and THINK, Katy Perry can have 12 number ones from that album and still most of the population has no clue what "teenage dream" the album is, times have changed, the album as a whole is meaningless in the "Album World" how odd is that, that an album with TONS of number one hits, is not even relevant as an "all time" album. Regardless of the RULE change i always felt that the re-release shit was BS, i always felt that when albums are re-issued they are new records, and sales should not be added with the old version, especially since they have different catalog numbers at the labels and for ordering purposes. As for Katy Perry cheating, i dont think she even knows or quite frankly cares, she doesnt take herself seriously WHICH IS GOOD and why i think people like her, and also, she would laugh at being in the same convo as THRILLER.
