I was seriously considering pre-ordering the deluxe edition
On itunes, figuring the lead single was a fluke and just a
stupid party track with radio potential. I thought, well I
hoped that the rest would be more mature and deep since she
got orbit on board again.

But this second single is making me hold out. I'll wait till
I can hear all of it now.

Getting more and more disappointed by the minute.

There are serious, introspective songs on the album but I don't think those songs are gonna be released as singles. They're gonna release the light, commercial songs as singles."Turn Up The Radio" is already being considered for the third single. No doubt, they're looking at Madonna's previous singles that did well in America and using that as the guideline...

"Hung Up"---Top 10 in the US

"4 Minutes"---Top 10 in the US

"Give Me All Your Luvin"---Top 10 in the US

Notice that all three of those songs are light,catchy,radio-friendly songs. No deep, serious lyrics.

No! I want 80's or 90's Madonna back!

What is she doing? Give me all your loving wasn't strong, but this snippet is even worse.

This was the woman who made "Papa don't preach", "Vogue", "Open your heart" and "Ray of light" and now this :.((

To me these new songs all sound like that song she did for her last greatest hits compilation.

It was called "Celebrate" or something. It was completely generic euro dance. These sound a

tiny bit different but they're just not interesting beyond 1 or 2 listens.

But I guess I'll wait to hear the orbit produced songs and make up my mind then.

Im loving that the fact that people are waking up to the fact that the woman has minimal artistic talent. One would think with 60 years of life experience she could hire writers that could convey some depth in her material. Oh well.

GMAYL is a terrible song. Just terrible. Cracks me up how some people will consume ANYTHING Madonna puts out there.

GGW - I don't even understand why she recorded this song.

Turn Up the Radio (sp?) - Sort of catchy, but this is b-side material for the lady who did Ray of Light.

I am really not sure why Madonna's old ass still tries to fucks with the young girls singing songs meant for them. It sounds very silly because its not believable. Party songs? Absolutely welcome those. But not ones that sound like they were made for Demi Lovato.

lol Everyone is on point here, this is shit that Katy Perry would do. And i know mofos talking about how good her new song is... but always dissing on katy perry or kesha. This song is played in the club right along those kitty cats, the songs all are pretty similar.

But hey even though Madonna is a multi millionaire, guess she wants to make sure she will always be fed with top 10 hits.

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

It's funny because their focus should not be on the US.

4 Minutes is the only one of these that actually had longeivity in that country, though, spending 11 weeks in the Top Ten.

I can't speak for others who might very well tout her artistic talents, as you say, but for me it's never been about how deep this woman can be but how entertaining.

From the start of her career until probably a few years back, she managed to entertain me in a not-so-deeply-artistic way. shrug

I'm glad she's finally spending some time promoting a new album in America. It's been awhile. It's usually only the first week, and then she's out, until the tour starts.

I like that she's focusing on promotions in the US for a change. It's obviously doing some good, considering the number of pre-orders that the album's been racking up.

^ What if it backfires though... whenever Madonna's U.S. audience wasn't up to par, she always went for the European market so I don't know how she thinks this strategy would work unless she thinks anyone will play it because it's modern and it's Madonna.

I'm sure as soon as the new single is ready, and the video is shot, and she's on a break from tour rehearsals, she'll be off to Europe for a round of promotions as GGW is hitting the airwaves and iTunes.

WILD & CRAZY GUYS: LMFAO’s “Sorry For Party Rocking” premieres on VEVO today. Also, if you missed last night’s live stream of Pitbull performing from Carnival in Rio (no relation to Caraeff), you can catch it here all day. On top of that, VEVO will have an exclusive lyric video for Madonna’s next single, “Girls Gone Wild,” this Friday. Who loves ya, baby? (2/22a)

From what I understand, she's gonna do alot of heavy promotion during the week of the album's release:

There won’t be a lot of performances of GMAYL, but there will be performances from the album. Everything is incredibly quiet, on purpose.Nothing has been announced, but she will be doing promo concerts and appearances, a lot in the U.S.”

Most music videos are uploaded on youtube by an artist's vevo. Sometimes they will upload just audio. They are official.

Madonna's vevo is empty though, her vids are officially uploaded by username: madonna. hmmm
