^I agree I don' think its the media as much as it is Chris constantly stepping in it and then whining and crying like a spoiled brat who wants his candy.

Besides winning a Grammy, Chris Brown isnt really being celebrated either... He has success with his music because his young and current but the media trashes him left and right as well... at times I think to much.

But when this is happening left and right I think the media needs to set the tone.

Again.. the MEDIA does needs to set the tone for that but its not going to it just cares about money... Do I agree with that no... Do I think its hyprocritical... yes but since when has the media cared about morals or the young people it affects?

Never.. only when some really really bad happens they will throw in morals.

he's fucking gross. an arrogant, hotheaded, abusive, ignorant asshole, who doesn't really seem to give a shit about what he did other than the fact it (kinda) hurt his career.

I feel this way. I hated him before the Rihanna incident, the incident only cemented it. He's full of himself, makes annoying/shitty music, and has the mentality of a 5 year old (sounds like one too). I hate that after the Rihanna incident he tried to make himself out as the victimis because radio wasn't spinning his record and people weren't buying his albums. His rants on twitter, his comments after he won a grammy for an album that's not even remotly R&B and the fact that he thinks he's hot shit.

He's probably the only celebrity/musician etc (outside of Lil Wayne) that makes my blood boil.

Charlie Sheen and Mel Gibson are two, but its funny how she's being selective about her targets. Makes me question her sincerity about domestic abuse.

Do you see them being celebrated? Charlie Sheen and Mel Gibson are regarded as total jokes, that defense has no feet to stand on.

First thing first, I'm not defending Piss Brown, but I hate selective tarnishing, it screams of hypocrisy to me. You wanna talk about domestic abuse? By all means, but bring them ALL to the table. Thing is, I'm inclined to think that what triggered all this was his grammy winning, and if this is indeed true, its even worse, because it tells me this broad's heart ain't in the right place.

Good on her. Her brother played a Highlander so she doesn't have to worry about a thing. I'd like to see Beat-em-down Brown try to punch that big foreheaded family in the face.

I don't understand her logic or her point. First of all, what does Chris Brown performing on the Grammys have to do at all with beating Rihanna? It's not rewarding his behavior. Is she trying to say that people that do bad things should never be eligible for good things ever again? He may as well kill himself then.

Most of the artists who performed at the Grammys have done something bad before. There would be few artists left to perform if only morally acceptable people were allowed. And why does she have a problem with him performing on the Grammys but no problem with him performing for weeks of the year on tour?

Why does she promote shotguns/shooting people but she has a problem with beating people? I think shooting is worse.

I also disagree that it's never right to hit a woman. I'll hit anyone who is attacking me regardless of their genitalia. Self defense is important.

If THAT^ is the case, then there are many artists that have no damn business winning a Grammy, never mind Chris Brown.

It seems like Miranda is angry all by herself. According to new reports, Chris and Rihanna are friendly enough to be making new music together.

http://video.msnbc.msn.co.../46482883/

So why is everyone including Miranda upset at Chris again?? Never get into other people's relationship problems. When they make up, YOU LOOK LIKE AN ASS STILL HOLDING ON TO ANGER. Rihanna is over it. Those who still hate Chris are kinda dumb right now.....

I love that there is an expiration date on beating a woman.

I love that people really care this fucking much that he beat a woman and that it makes national news 4 years after the fact. Seriously. WHO GIVES A FUCK.

This country is involved in 5 wars- war on drugs, war on Iraq, war on Afghanistan, war on terror, war in Libya, drone bombing the shit out of Yemen, drone bombing the shit out of Pakistan, people can't afford health care, public education system is in the shit, people are under employed, and the federal government is going broke at a record rate.

But all anybody gives a flying fuck about is that some punk ass no talent hack pop star motherfucker beat up his girlfriend when he was 19.

Yeah, let's get all fucking upset about it 4 years after the fact when it didn't affect anybody but Rihanna and her family. If she has forgiven him and moved on- that's her perogative- it was between them.

Just don't expect me to sit here 4 years after the fact and get all fucking pissed off he beat her up 4 years ago any time he wins an award for his shitty music. I'm more fucking pissed that he won the award for making really shitty music.

The war in Iraq is over.
