Coach Suspended For Calling Whitney A Ni**er on Facebook Feb 24, 2012
The president of a suburban youth baseball organization has been suspended for posting a racist rant on Facebook regarding the death of singer Whitney Houston.
Oak Lawn officials banned John Kelly from coaching for one year after a parent reportedly spotted the post by Kelly using the "n"-word, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. Kelly used the racial slur to complain about the amount of media coverage Houston's death brought.
“I’m so sick of reading about this dumb stupid N - - - - - Whitney Houston,” read part of his Facebook post, according to the Sun-Times.
Kelly said his social media page was restricted to adult friends and family, but a former player’s mom spotted the comment and reposted it.
Since the posting, Kelly told the Sun-Times his life has been ruined. He said he's worried about the effect on his business and his kids being taunted. He claims he's not a racist and said he didn't realize he'd used the word in the post.
“I do stand behind everything I said except the ‘n’-word. I regret using that adjective,” he told the Sun Times. “Does that make me a racist? Are you kidding me? It was the farthest thing from my mind. I have some amazing friends who are Black.”

Racists and bigots offer the most overused clichéd excuse in the book when the spotlight hits them: "I'm not racist; one of my best friends is Black!"

They must be a fraction of his imagination, because if they did exist, mofo would've issued this apology after a hospital stay, it wouldn't be this abrupt.
Still, its interesting to see folks getting all comfy cozy behind their electronic devices.

Tyler Perry discusses how mortified he was when the public knew about her body flying back to Newark:
Tyler Perry On Whitney Houston Death: “I Was Mortified That People Would Be That Disrespectful” [EXCLUSIVE]

Atlanta filmmaker Tyler Perry was on the Steve Harvey Morning Show today promoting his new movie Good Deeds, but he also talked about the death of Whitney Houston.

I was listening to that this morning. Tyler is exactly right about Clive. I like how he said U can hear the bass pumping from the fourth floor. I agree with him also about someone in the Houston family circle selling Whitney's dead body out.. will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! He also mentioned that Whitney had went through some mess all her life. He mentioned something about how when she was little she suffered an "incident" that almost left her voice gone. If you watched Whitney's "Driven" episode on VH-1, they mentioned that in 1974 when Whitney was approaching 11 that they said that a hanger had lodged in her throat "accidentally" by her brother Michael. The fact that Tyler said "incidentally" instead of "accidentally" shows that she had problems at home prior to her being in show business... Whitney and Tyler must've been REALLY close.

Yea! I heard about her hanger "Incident". It was said her brother did it on purpose.
Tyler & Whitney have been close friends for four years. He said she started calling him about her problems. He kept it a secret and didn't tell anybody until now... The Houston family had many demons. Still seems to have them with that coffin picture being sold to that rag. will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! I'm still thinking Pat or her brother Ray (who was Whitney's bodyguard) sold that pic of her coffin picture. Michael was the only other sibling that Whitney's parents had. Gary Houston was originally born Gary Garland and was Cissy's son from a previous marriage. It seems as if Michael was a distant person. I posted a family picture with him in it, he definitely look like someone who would start some shit.

I know Gary was adopted by John Whitney's father. But both of the brothers were heavy drug users.Ray was the one that spoke at the Funeral? I think Tyler has his suspicion's on who did it.But is not saying anything. He has been a lot of help to that family. But their a hot mess... will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! Came across these videos...Bobby and Whitney had alot of love and aspiration for each other. This was last year at the funeral of Bobby's mother. Whitney was in great voice when she did "Precious Lord, Take My Hand." God bless her! Check me out and add me on:

No doubt Whitney could still sing, I just wished she'd taken better care of it. Sad.

That brought tears to my eyes. Simple, understated yet so effective. Listening to this performance of "Precious Lord" make wonder the shouldas couldas wouldas had Nippy sang with an intimate setting behind her voice.

Plus I think if Clive had given her MORE TIME, Whitney on tour wouldn't have been a bad thing about four, five years after she LEFT Bobby, you'd think...

Plus, the whole I Look To You fiasco just wasn't what it was supposed to be. It was basically about Whitney's re-emergence more than a true return to form. Clive should've given her more time to really refocus and hone her vocal skills a little more. Check me out and add me on:
