Isn't it crazy that one of her signature songs, "I Will Always Love You" has a whole different meaning now. It's so bittersweet to listen to it now!

Does anyone notice the term "Troubled artist" way too many times in headlines? I have a serious question, who the fuck isn't troubled? If you aren't troubled in your life then you aren't living life. Everything is volatile and accelerating at a breakneck speed adding more factors at every turn. If you aren't troubled yet, you will be when you start living more.

Fuck these people who have advice for everyone how to live their life except the most painfully obvious, their own.

Because people to love dramatize shit... they did the same for a lot of the fallen icons from Billie Holiday on down, I wouldn't sweat it.

If I should stay,
I would only be in your way.
So I'll go, but I know
I'll think of you ev'ry step of the way.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.
You, my darling you. Hmm.

Bittersweet memories
that is all I'm taking with me.
So, goodbye. Please, don't cry.
We both know I'm not what you, you need.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.

I hope life treats you kind
And I hope you have all you've dreamed of.
And I wish to you, joy and happiness.
But above all this, I wish you love.

And I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I will always love you.
I, I will always love you.

You, darling, I love you.
Ooh, I'll always, I'll always love you.

It's almost like a sentimental piece of poetry!

I bet Dolly Parton wasn't even imagining what impact the song would have when she wrote it. Even though it was overplayed for its time, Whitney's version turned a simple country ballad into a pop standard.

I hope Whitney's family doesn't fight over her money. I don't believe for a second that she was broke.

That should be Bobbi Kristina's Money and no one else's.

Depends on the will. I doubt she died intestate.

What's so disrespectful about people buying Whitney music now? It shows she was highly thought of, it's not like it's all her haters buying it. Death can bring interest in an artist to those who were potential fans, but never got around to it.

I'm not saying it is disrespectul, just not necessarily out of respect.

More out of commemoration, belated appreciation, recognition of her loss and a wish to memorialize her in a personal manner.

It doesn't require purchasing her music to respect her.

I don't want you to think like me. I just want you to think.

Granted Whitney made Dolly a mint on that song, but I'll take Dolly subtle nuance over Houston's any day of the week. To me she ruined that song. sad

BOBBY BROWN

Skipping Concert to Bewith Bobbi Kristina

0211_bobby_b_bobbi_k_getty_ex
With the death of ex-wife Whitney Houston, and his daughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital, sources close to Bobby Brown tell TMZ he is on his way to Los Angeles be with his daughter ... and skipping a concert to do so.

According to our sources, Bobbi Kristina has not been alone since her mother passed -- she's had Bobby's family by her side the entire time.

New Edition has a concert tonight in Nashville, but we're told Bobby will skip the show so he can get to Los Angeles to be with Bobbi Kristina.

As TMZ first reported, Bobbi Kristina has been in the hospital twice since Whitney passed away.

This is how I'll always remember her,,,

Her tour de force performance IMO. I love how she started nervous and brought the house down at the end of the performance.

She cleaned her life - it seemed - and it looked like she was picking the pieces again, I certainly didn't see this coming even if she lived a reckless life. And its scary how this her whole career reminds me of Dorothy Dandridge, down to her death.

I'm more saddened for Cissy and Bobbi Kris. Cissy is going to bury a child of her own, and Bobbi is gonna have to deal a hell load of baggage to get through this. I pray for them from the depth of my heart.
