R.I.P WHITNEY

It's Ironic that three weeks ago, a Chicago radio station was laughing and commenting on how Whitney was flat broke begging friends and family for $100.00, if you think this is possible call XXX-XXX-XXXX and tell us what you think; is it possible to be broke after making $100 million dollars? This week the same two-faced radio station is in mourning, playing her music day and night tribute to Whitney Houston.

Conclusion of Conversation: It's Bobby Browns fault, and what celebrities think is broke the average Joe does not!

This morning on GMA, they said Bobbi Kristina is targeted to gain $10 million dollars for increased music sales, and the Sparkle movie. That Whitney made a COME BACK in DEATH.....WHAT THE FUCK....she hasn't even been laid to rest and they're calculating earnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You're worth MORE dead than ALIVE! SOMETHING IS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!IT'S MORBID,SAD AND INHUMANE...How bout the girl want's her mom's and fuck the money, does her worth in death mean so much that the media has to state it right now! show some respect!

Last week Whitney was a has-been crackhead with issues, nobody bought shit, this week the WORLD'S on line looking for the greatest hit volumes no need for me to do so, I bought your music while you were here...to me how you died, why you died, none of that matters. YOU'RE GONE...I will miss you Much and continue to Pray for your daughter; may she find the strength to carry on!!! May You Rest In Peace peace YOU ATLEAST DESERVE THAT!!

Favorite Song: B-side - Who Would Imagine A King - Preachers Wife

Favorite Movie: Body Guard -oooh weee - Made me look at Kevin Costner a little differently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My twocents

I am 2 years older than Whitney.

When she arrived on the scene, people were amazed at how poised and composed this very young woman was. She was like a young Audrey Hepburn.

Next, people began to talk about her like she was a goody two shoes.

Just like the Disney Kids; Whitney started making a point to show that she was not an angel.

She swore and smoked while being interviewed.

Bad boy Bobby only helped make her hated halo disapear.

I think of those after her like Britney, Lindsey and even Miley. I am not comparing their talent but their possition as a "sweetheart" and then their all out effort to rip that halo off even if it meant self destruction.

Maybe sooner of later a goody goody will come along and just see that its a label and those people don't know u for shit.

Marie Osmond once said something like this "People use to say that I was so Naive; anyone who believes that you can be in this business and maintain any naivette is themselves naive."

It goes back even further. Judy Garland used to complain about people calling her "America's Sweetheart", she obviously showed her frustration here:

Oddly whenever I hear this and Whitney's Wendy interview where she told people that "you don't know me, never met me, never see me in your damn life but you talk about me", I can't help but compare it to Judy's "I've pleased your children, I've pleased your wives, I've pleased you, you sons of bitches! And you can't deny that!" rant.

the hell? they done turned her into Elvis. sad

From what I can recall Elvis' funeral was only televised from outside the funeral service.

Was there a huge ordeal bout a woman who sneaked spy camera ring into the service and took a picture of the body and sold it to the National Enquirer?

U right he didn't agree with her on the party should have been cancelled. Even though I think he does do good interviews and ask good questions. He really just wanted to hear that Whitney was disheveled and drunk & fighting with some women over Ray j in her last days. I'm so sick of the press reporting thAt LIE! i Bet if Chaka said that story. He would have kept her on & cancelled all the other guest after her. Plus have gotten some popcorn. The whole Whitney's family not wanting Bobby at the funeral was a horrible lie. Just made up . Its sad.

Doesn't he also host or produce one of those drab talent shows where they let any old dog or cat off the streets come on and sing? I'm assuming he has lots of connections in the music industry, which explains why he was irritated with some of Chaka's comments.

He use to be one of the judges on "America's Got Talent" up until he got his own show to replace the boring Larry King on CNN.

nod And support his child by Whitney. Despite their dysfuntional relationship B&W did love each other for a time. Had the drugs and pressures of the industry not played a part, I think they would have had more kids together and their marriage would have survived.

Whitney and Bobby LOVED eachother, Whitney was still determined to make it work even after she had separated from him and moved her and BK to California. But she claims he never came to see them (maybe he couldn't get a plane ticket? lol ) and so that was it. And did you know Whitney had 3 miscarriages? One in 1992, 1994, and 1996. She's had some heartache in her life..

First let me say that I'm not joking when I ask this question.....What was Whitney's funkiest song she ever made? Did she have any obscure joint that most people overlooked and forgotten about? Just asking.....

I never bought a Whitney album, so I don't know if there's some album track that she had that was funky and everyone just forgot about it or what?

@TT, yeah even as late as 2003, she even told Wendy "I want a boy, I want a momma's boy." So she was determined to stand by her man whatever the cost.

Look up "I Belong To You" I believe that's the funkiest (if you can call it that) that Whitney ever got. But there wasn't a funky bone in Whitney's body. Andy can explain it better than me lol.

1 pool camera allowed for Houston funeral

NEW YORK (AP) — Fans worldwide who want to bid Whitney Houston farewell will be able to watch her private funeral on the World Wide Web.

Her publicist, Kristen Foster, announced that The Associated Press will be the pool camera for the Saturday ceremony in Newark, New Jersey, and the AP will stream the service on livestream.com/aplive.

Houston died in Beverly Hills, California, on Saturday at the age of 48. Her body was flown back to her native New Jersey on Monday.

Some fans were disappointed when they learned that the funeral was private and no public memorial was planned.

Houston was born in Newark and the service will be at New Hope Baptist Church.

They all want to hear that. From the moment she passed, the first message spread by mainstream media and gossip rags alike was that she OD'd and on top of that they want to say she was broke.

Um yeah, you can produce a movie and buy a new home when you're broke. rolleyes

I feel sorry for Bobbi Kristina. I hope to god the test don't come back that her mother overdosed. She is going to have to hear that rest of her life about her beautiful mother.

I'm sure people all over the world will be logged in. This is awefully generous of the family. They don't owe us anything. Whitney already gave us everything while she was here.

With that being said, one camera being allowed is probably the best way to handle this without creating a media circus/distraction on the inside of the church. All other media outlets can just credit where they got the footage from.

I would have to say "Fine" (written & produced by that Sadiq person), was her funkiest tune. Its actually my favorite fast track by Whitney. I was back playing that again weeks before her tragic death.

Whitney could have gotten herself that star. Maybe it wasn't a big deal to her. Honestly, after her appearance in The Bodyguard, she should have gotten one. I remember that film made like 100 million which was big money in the 90s AND she had a booming soundtrack on top of it!

I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE UGLY. YOU JUST HAVE BAD LUCK WHEN IT COMES TO MIRRORS AND SUNLIGHT!
RIP Dick Clark, Whitney Houston, Don Cornelius, Heavy D, and Donna Summer. rose
