Did you ever get the "All True Man" album? I think it's a really good album.

This song! I also loved the lush string arrangements. It was a song that could be a real dance club hit if you removed the layer of strings.... and Alex's vocals were sung in such a way that if you wanted to make it a fierce dance song you could mix that way.. but if you wanted it to be a smooth cool layed back tune, his vocals were also smooth and could be mixed that way as well.

One of my FAVORITE songs by Alexander O'neal. I had to play this twice. LOVE IT.

And also, I always thought Alex looked like a FINE piece of chocolate pleasure.

IMO that album sounds severely dated. I bought it back in..... 2003, 4.... sumthin like that and I couldn't listen to most of it. "Midnight Run" is without a doubt my favourite cut though. "Positively entertaining." cool

Also "Used" is basically "Criticize Pt2" with different lyrics. disbelief

I like the songs listed. But these ballads are my favorite on the album.

Although, listening to "Sentimental" today, I can't help but think about "On Bended Knee" from Boyz II Men. The songs sound really similar to me now.
