Mine TOO!!!
One of the first songs I learned how to play on the guitar.
The Isely Brothers were the best at writting sensuous love songs.

Actually the main writers for the ISLEY BROTHERS were CHRIS JASPER and ERNIE ISLEY and you can visit CHRIS'S Facebook Page at http://www.facebook.com/CHJASPER and ERNIE'S Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/#...8131486757

I feel like I can fly everytime I listen to any of their songs... Rons voice is so dreamy

What "group"? After the flop of his solo album "Mr. I", Ron had to BEG Ernie to come back and now there are 2!

KGA unless I'm missing something "Brown Eyed Girl" / "Live It Up" was recorded in 1974, were they a group of two then? I don't think so.

1974-1984...only one or two and sometimes three (all younger bros...IJI) wrote/arranged/produced the songs although all six names were forced to be on the liner notes...check out the liner notes post-1984 and see who was writing the songs after the breakup...never again a self-contained group after Ernie and Chris left...just a fact...and definitely "unsung."
