Is everyone too shell schocked to actually start a madonna superbowl performance thread?

I loved it! I'm glad that nothing controversial happened I was afraid of that.I still think she should have added "Holiday" to the setlist.

I was a little disappointed with the performance- I know its a lot of pressure on an artist to come up with a great show and all- but the energy element of the performance was missing. Like a Prayer was the best part about the whole performance.

ummmm. I think you and me saw different performances. I think my brain semi-fell asleep after MIA & Nicki Minaj left the stage. I mean it wasn't bad or anything, but the whole time I'm thinking to myself, this woman thinks so little of herself and her ability to entertain this audience that the ENTIRE time she's on stage she has to be with other stars/performers to keep the audiences' attention.

Definitely not her best televised performance. Of course I've seen worse Super Bowl half time shows but I expected it to kinda not live up to its hype ESPECIALLY with LMFAO and shit... it picked up at the end but it's like and Cee-Lo's Patti-like warbling lol

when u have to bring out 40 guests to make yourself interesting you've lost it. true these are events and with the superbowl, no one really gives a rats ass about madonna and def not anyone else on that stage, they want the game to come back. But the reliance on guests on stage lame.

I agree with musicjunky about her flexibility at her age but I just think she went through the motions. This was like Janet's show without the tit flash (thankfully she wore full fledged costumes on the whole time).

Matter of fact, it's hard to top leaving a show in a helicopter. In terms of female performers, Diana Ross kicked the most ass. Who else leaves in a helicopter? Classic shit.

as much as i disliked prince's performance even his was better than madonna's
