I wish she would have sung this song straight and added just a few of those embellishments to make it her own. Her oversinging of this song IRKS the living hell out of me. Its so simple and if done correct will showcase everything Christina was trying to do without all that ugliness she threw in.

Christina is a better studio singer than Beyonce, HANDS DOWN!!! I will give them a tie when it comes to live performances.... Beyonce lipsyncs far too much and Christina showboats so much that it takes away from the actual song. Christina has a beautiful tone, actually its her technique and her FORCED soul singing from her throat that makes it unpleasant to those that like to bitch ala Mong.

The only thing I noticed when watching the clip is the people recording her performance with their mobile phones . It's a funeral and not a pop concert, what a strange way to show respect....

The girl looked and sounded nervous as hell before she started singing. Anyone noticed the fidgeting with her legs before she started. Maybe she was beginning to feel it (whatever it was) starting to run then.

On another note: Why must she oversing everything she get her hands on? To me, she's the very definition of oversinging. I think its a reflection of her "extra" personality and ego. Just because you can do it, doesn't mean you should. Wonder if she's ever heard of the word restraint?

She makes news for the worst reasons lately. I'm sure she'd love to make news from some new music.
