Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez may share much of their lives with the public, but as the two entered 2012 together, they made a shared resolution that they would continue to be celibate throughout the entire year. The resolution lasts until December 31th, 2012, where a new resolution will be created. This new piece of information corresponds with Bieber's public interview, where he describes that he won't be singing about sex or drugs—even becoming an adult.

So why did Bieber and Gomez decide to share this resolution? Well, they didn't exactly plan on it, so you can expect them to stick to it given that they made it in private between the two of them. When the couple appeared on Ellen DeGeneres together, Ellen confronted them about their resolutions. Even though they shared that it was private, they were surprised to learn that Ellen had heard about it.

So now the whole world knows that Justin Bieber won't be having sex with Selena this year. And if Justin is indeed a virgin, then Mariah Yeater looks really stupid now.
