I bring this subject up because of The Product G&B.

If you don't know who that is, they were the group that were featured along with Wyclef Jean on Santana's Maria Maria.

Now, the guy singing had a good voice, and listening to Maria Maria and how big of a hit it was, you'd think these guys along with Wyclef would follow up with something that would knock it right out the park.

Then... they came out with this...

Complete and utter SHIT!

And they were never heard from again.

Any other examples?

The Product G&B were great. I first heard of them when they did the chorus on "Blue Angels" by Pras and they also had a great collaboration with 50 Cent entitled "Tired Of Being Broke" which was recorded in the late 90's/early 00's when 50 was signed to Columbia Records, before they dropped him and he was picked up a couple of years later by Eminem and Shady Records.

Agreed that "Cluck Cluck" wasn't their finest moment, but they had a lot of potential.
