ANYONE HERE REMEMBER LIZ HOGUE?-Old School 80's Soul

She was a background singer for Jean Carne back in the 80s and did a lot of session work as a background singer. Chris Jasper produced a CD on her back in 1989 called "Vicious & Fresh". Some of you may remember "Dream Lover" getting a lot of airplay on R&B radio. But, neither the song nor the album went anywhere on the Billboard charts. I really liked her because she had such a distinctive voice. She didn't sound like anyone else who was on the scene at the time. I was told by someone in the industry she didn't take off because unfortunately, she was with the same management team that was mis-managing Jean Carne's career. Too bad. She had some great stuff on that album.
