Spencer Davis Group my pink ass! Once Steve Winwood left we all saw who was the driving force behind this band!

That's true... | |

Steve looks kinda aggravated.

He probably was on the cusp of leaving the group anyway about this time. Keep On Running came out in 1967 and he formed Traffic either that year or the following one.

He and Prince are my two musical idols and how surprised was I when both were inducted into the RRHoF the same year.

Oh for real? That's cool. I knew Steve got inducted but I'd forgotten which year.

He was inducted that year as a member of Traffic. During the performance of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" you can see Stevie on organ and Dave Mason on guitar.

Ah I remember now... | |

that wasn't Dave Mason on git. I think that was Marc Mann.

Whoops! I tried googling the lineup but couldn't find definitive info. I just assumed it was Mason.

Nice classic track from a young Stevie.
A really nice release Steve Winwood fans might want to check out... "Ya see, we're not interested in what you know...but what you are willing to learn. C'mon y'all."
