Any thoughts on this show?

I found it more interesting than I thought I would. I am not a huge AS fan. However, I found it funny that my favorite songs by them were with Sharon Bryant as lead vocalist. Yet, the Barbara Weathers' songs were their biggest hits. This tends to be the case with many artists that I like, especially those who began their careers in the 1970s but found mainstream success in the 1980s. The "crossover" hits never really do them justice. Cameo, is an example of this. Their biggest hits are probably my least favorite songs by them.

Another thing about AS is that I never realized that they had so many female vocalists in the band nor did I realize how much friction they had in the band over money.

The Lewis brothers were talented songwriters as well.

Finally, they have all aged quite well.

Thanks. I didn't see it. I can't understand why some threads with current posts aren't on the first page but threads with older posts are. This link takes me to a completely unrelated thread, though. I guess I will have to do a "search" to find the AS thread.
