I didn't actually start paying attention to music until I got The Best of Led Zeppelin for my 11th birthday. I went through a huge classic rock phase and slowly worked my way through punk, new wave, synthpop, R&B, hip hop, dance, trip hop, shoegazing, britpop, bubblegum pop, alt rock, modern pop.

I wonder if I would have ever gotten as into music if I would have gotten an Xbox instead.
