In the other thread I said how much I love Christmas music, and that it doesn't matter.

But as the weeks wind down, 4 songs stand out to me as: "I need to erase these..."

• "Pretty Paper" (Roy Orbison)

• "Santa Baby" (Madonna version)

Frankly i'd never heard the Elvis and Roy Orbison songs and even though they're cheesy as hell , especailly Pretty Paper , i like them , and Feliz Navidad too

It's not like I hate it or anything, I just heard it all the time whenever I had Spanish class in elementary school whenever Christmas was near. I secretly wanted to get a hammer and smash the stereo to pieces whenever it would play but I was enjoying eating tangerines too much to do anything about it and I wasn't even a violent kid!

Not for the purpose or the music necessarily, but for the fact that Band Aid seems to be most shocked and hurt by the fact that the starving Africans may not even know that it's Christmastime at all!!!
