Kenny Loggins ~ Lady Luck

This is one of my favorite songs. The whole album is nice.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton

Kenny gets dissed a lot for being ''cheesy'' but he is a very talented guy. Dig this track!

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

All music is shit music and no music is real- gunsnhalen

Probably because he was later known for soundtrack songs.

Well him & Lionel Richie etc. a bunch of those era guys got called the ''cheesy'' adult contemp era. But i still think they made kickass music either way..

And hell those soundtrack songs gave Kenny bank lol

^^Maybe they were old Loggins & Messina fans that didn't like the 1980's stuff. razz Loggins & Messina were kinda folky sounding.

Kind of like how most Lionel haters especially on the org, are those who where fans of The Commoders & didn't like the 80's stuff razz

A lot of the later fans don't like or are even aware of the earlier music. So it goes both ways. Many early fans of long running groups/singers didn't like later versions. Such as Fleetwood Mac, Heart, Jefferson Airplane/Starship, Yes, ZZ Top, Genesis, Rod Stewart, George Benson, Van Halen, Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Prince, etc. Some Love Be Do era Beatles listeners didn't like the later psychedelic stuff.
